Yes. EZ Air makes it easy to schedule service online through our customer portal. You can request an appointment, share what issue you’re having, and send your information directly to our team without needing to call during business hours. 

You can use the online scheduling portal to request service for heating, cooling, mini splits, indoor air quality systems, maintenance visits, and general HVAC concerns. Once submitted, the EZ Air team will review your request and help get the right service scheduled. 

If you already have customer portal access, you can log in and schedule service through your account. If you are a new customer, you can still submit a service request online and our team can help get your information set up.

You'll be asked to include your name, contact information, service address, the type of system you need help with, and a brief description of the problem. The more details you provide, the easier it is for EZ Air to prepare for your visit. 

Online scheduling is a convenient way to request service anytime, especially if it is after hours or you are busy during the day. For urgent heating or cooling problems, calling EZ Air directly may still be the best option so the team can respond as quickly as possible.
